The complete chimney kit ensures the best possible airflow and combustion, and prevents smoke from coming out the door even if there are high winds.
It is composed of:

• Adapter: Reduction of smoke and hot air output from the oven, from 180 mm to 150 mm.
• External Airflow Regulator: Regulates the smoke outlet with an external device, and its own tube shape also guarantees a better extraction.
• External firebreak: Like the internal charcoal oven firebreak, it prevents any spark or flame from coming out.
• Hat: Slightly decreases the temperature of the smoke, ensuring a better extraction and supplementing the safety of the interior firewall, preventing anything from entering the oven.
